About the camp: The Ukiah Lions football camp will consist of football fundamentals, position specific training, offensive/defensive position techniques and USA Football Heads Up Tackling techniques with personal instruction from Ukiah Lions well trained and energetic coaches.
What to bring:The camp participants will be non-padded. Please dress in shorts, t-shirts, socks, and tennis shoes or cleats. DON’T FORGET WATER!!
Cost: $40.00 per participant (includes 5 days of camp)

The Ukiah Lions cheerleading camp will consists of cheerleading fundamentals, learning sideline cheers, jumps, stunting, and tumbling with personal instruction from Ukiah Lions cheerleading coaches.
What to bring: Please dress in work out clothing, leggings or shorts with tennis shoes. No jeans, zippers, or buckles. No slip on shoes. No sports bras without a covering. Long hair in a ponytail, short hair pulled back from face. DONT FORGET WATER!!!
You do not need to be registered for the season to participate in camp!!!
